Terms of Service

By using cloudPulsePoint ("Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

You may use cloudPulsePoint only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Monitor systems you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor
• Use the service to generate excessive traffic or stress-test third-party systems
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the cloudPulsePoint platform
• Share your account credentials with others

2. Account & Subscription

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to your chosen plan's features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, your account is locked until you upgrade. Expired trial accounts and all associated data are automatically deleted 7 days after expiry.

4. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. cloudPulsePoint is not liable for any damages resulting from service outages or monitoring failures. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Data

You retain ownership of your data. We process it solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or fail to pay for services. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cloudPulsePoint shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue or data loss.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Virginia.
