- Monitor configuration: URLs, domains, and check settings you add
- Billing information: processed securely through our payment provider
- Communications: emails or messages you send to our support team
We also collect usage data automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and monitoring check results.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the cloudPulsePoint service
- To send monitoring alerts and system notifications
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To respond to support requests
- To send product updates and trial reminders (you may opt out)
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
4. Data Retention
Monitor history is retained according to your plan (30 days on Starter, 60 days on Growth, 90 days on Pro). Account data is deleted promptly upon account deletion. Expired trial accounts are automatically removed after 7 days.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate cloudPulsePoint:
- AWS (infrastructure and email delivery)
- Stripe (payment processing)
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
6. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. No personal data is shared with analytics providers.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@cloudpulsepoint.com. You may also delete your account directly from your account settings. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
